O executivo aconselha realizar compras apenas em lojas conhecidas, verificando se ela possui CNPJ, endereço válido e contato de atendimento ao consumidor. “Se o usuário ficar em dúvida, pode consultar a lista de lojas não recomendadas pelo Procon”, diz.
